I made a large order (more than one item) but not all the items have arrived yet?
We have multiple warehouses with different inventories, so sometime when you place a large order those items are shipped out to you individually from different warehouse locations. REST ASSURED, all of your items will arrive!
I ordered the wrong color/size/style can I change it?
Absolutely, yes. PLEASE, send us an email email@example.com ASAP and note your purchase and we will make the change right away before it have been shipped out. After it has shipped, there you can re-ship the items to us and we will make the change. Buyer pay for the return shipping, unless the item is defected or damage; if that's the case we will cover the return shipping fee.
I ordered a week ago, and my items hasn’t arrived yet, WHY?
Please be patient, usually items are shipped out within 1-3 business days and estimate delivery time in USA is approx. 3-13 business days. We will update you with a tracking number; you can track the order on USPS or UPS website. if ordered internationally, please be patient custom and oversea shipment is slower than domestic.
